How to choose swim caps?

When we go to swim, we have to wear swim caps.  Because swim caps make you more hydrodynamic in the waer and keep long hair out of our face when we swim. So choosing a swim cap is very important for us, but how to choose a swim cap?

If you a professional swimmer, it is better to choose silicone caps or latex swim caps, because silicone cap and latex swim cap is tight and reduce water resistance. So in the competitions, swimmers wear silicone swim cap. 51g or 55g silicone swim cap is better. Silicone cap is long life  but latex swim cap is only use one time.

If you are beginner, it is better to choose cloth swim cap, these are soft fabric and will help keep hair out of eyes and without tight.
