More and more people like to exercise now. But at early of Spring, it is not better to do a lot of exercises.

It is easy to catch a cold if we have much sweat and waste a lot of energies. It is better to choose a towel

which is quick dry and good water absorption and take it easy. Wipe the sweat on time.

When we do exercise, it is better to use nose to breath. Because nose would make the filtration of air.

Take care of temperature. Keep body warm.

Drink more.

Choose correct time.

Choose correct sports items , for example: Riding, mountain-climbing, play basketball, football.
